Dear SPRINT customer,


in order to make mass production easy we extended our software to a mode with 
restricted functionality for your production unit. During a ETU job no special
knowledge is required and the status of the bases is always displayed on the
screen. Even the messages can be user defined - if you do not choose the
defaults - ans can therefore be translated to any language or contain a phone
number to call for help if any error occurs. At the end of each Easy To Use
session the software will create a result file which contains informations
like data, device type, filename, checksum, number of programmed devices etc.

Easy To Use is a standard feature within the SPRINT OCTAL and QUAD
and optional for the SPRINT DUAL, EXPERT and OPTIMA.

In this directory you will find a file called MULTISYT.ZIP, this is a
detailed instruction manual in a WORD for WINDOWS 6.0 format. Please use
the program PKUNZIP.EXE from the SPRINT distribution disk to unzip the file.
To do so please insert the installationdisk into drive A and type:
A:\pkunzip [drive]:\[directory]\etu\multisyt.zip.

In the same directory you will find two examples for the file MESSAGES, this
files contains the messages and the options for the ETU mode. The file
MESSAGES.GER contains the messages in german language, the file MESSAGES.ENG
contains the messages in english language.
