The RF-3148 can read the following protected devices: GAL16V8 A/B, GAL20V8
A/B, PALCE16V8H and PALCE20V8H.
It cannot read the newer protected devices where the bug has been fixed, nor
the Atmel ATF16V8 and ATF20V8.
Basically the trick is to apply the Vpp, the programming voltage, before the
Vcc with specific timing and voltage values.
With the right algorithm any programmer would be able to do the same operation.
Someone else (https://gitlab.com/MHeinrichs/galdurino)
has succeeded with the GAL but not with the PALCE.

- please note that Norton 360 prevented that the archive contained a virus.
So I had to put a password on the archive; to intervene, password: RunFei
I think it is a false positive since then, once the program is installed, there
are no more problems.
