"IO" board with big Xilinx BGA chip on it - it is the same size as the "CPU" board and they are stacked on each other so not much apparent on overal picture.
interesting detail: the driver PCB is 4 layer, CPU 6 layer and IO is 8 layer PCB! Amazing piece of hardware...
