MC1468705G2 Data Sheet (containing some programming information)
AN907A – Application Note: Programming the MC1468705G2

the L1 versions of Motorola microcontrollers from the good old days were hidden components with a ROM containing a monitor allowing you to run a few lines of assembler for testing. For example, there was the 6801L1, which contained the Lilbug monitor, which I had fun disassembling in the 1970s and adapting to my needs in a 68701 that I was reprogramming. The MC1468xx versions were only CMOS versions.
So, either you're programming an MC1468705G2, in which case you'll need to build a small programmer, because these microcontrollers self-program by reading an EPROM and scanning its memory locations using a counter. Or it's an MC146805G2L1, in which case it's not programmable because it's hidden. I found a note AN1009 (Programming the MC1468705F2 Microcomputer).
It's the 28-pin version of the G2. If it's helpful, I'll scan it for you. I don't have the EB-110.
