Tribal Microsystem Flex-700B (basically identical to the Hi-Lo ALL-07, only the name changes)

The jed file of one of them (I think U2, it's been a long time since I did the
test) is different from the one provided by Tinhead, in fact that one didn't
work for me on the FLEX-700B.
hereafter all the PALCE16V8's jed files contained in the original Hi-Lo PAC-EP32-8B
and PAC-DIP48.
With these files I directly programmed as many GAL16V8D and tested that they
work in the respective devices.
