Voltages measured from the power supply side:
J4: +16,45V (+p12, -p13 fan supply)
J5: p1=+35,42V; p2=n.c.; p3=0V; p4=+5,33V
J6: p6=+35,42V; p7=n.c.; p8=0V; p9=+5,33V
P5 and P6 connections are in parallel.
The 35.42V are stable and have no fluctuations.Voltages measured from the power
