190-HACCP
The new data
logger with printer FT190-HACCP transposes a Community Directive
(legislative decree of 26/5/97 n°155 ART 3 HACCP) which provides
guidelines for the behaviour of operators and carriers relative
to perishable foodstuffs; all those handling foodstuffs are
required to certify by means of an instrumental checking procedure
(and printout) that the storing temperature has, in fact, been
maintained within acceptable limits.
With the FT190-HACCP this is made possible thanks to the two
probes PT1000 (PT100 optional) and all the data acquired can
be printed.
The
equipment has, moreover, two digital inputs for starting, storing
and terminating the cycle, in addition to the HACCP function
key. It is equipped with RS232/485/TTL serial interfaces, 9
to 40 V (DC and AC) power inputs and Real Time Clock.
